In teams of 2/3 establish as many reps as possible on each of the following stations, working for 90 seconds with 30 seconds rest per transition.

  • Ab-mat Sit ups
  • Press ups
  • Air Squats
  • KB Swings
  • Static Lunges
  • Pull ups/ Ring Rows
  • Double unders (Single unders 4-1)
