Stretch and mobilise, choose partners


In a 20 minute window

  • One person performs 50 Double Unders/150 Singles

Whilst the other person AMRAPs

  • 5 Box Jumps
  • 5 Thrusters (with Barbell 30kg-42.5kg/Kettlebell 16kg-24kg)
  • 5 Lateral Burpees
