TEAM WOD – “25.01.13”

Please remember that there will be only 2 evening classes on tomorrow night 5pm-6pm and 6pm-7pm. Morning Crew can get your WOD on at 7am-8am, “OPEN GYM” 8am – 9am and CrossFit Class 9am – 10am. The Box will be closing bang on 10am.

For those of you who aren’t aware, me and Callum will be competing against 150 of the fittest men from across the UK and Europe this weekend in the Annual London Throwdown. We really appreciate all the support that we have from our travelling supporters, its a massive motivation tool knowing that our friends have taken time out and spent good money on supporting us, we will TRY our HARDEST not to disappoint!!!! For those of who cant make the journey and are interested in how we are getting on, Im sure the Facebook page will be updated hourly by the spectating ” SEA OF PURPLE”.

Jen Howse will be taking care of the evening class, and the surprise Saturday classes. Here is her first programmed WOD.

20 minute window:

  • One person runs 200m, whilst the other AMRAPS
  • 5 Burpees
  • 10 Goblet Squats @ 16kg/24kg
  • 15 KB Swings @ 16kg/24kg
