We’ll continue to Program the Team WODs throughout the OPEN for the guys who arent competing; however if you are competing in the OPEN you are Free to complete your OPEN WOD any time you like, before the Team WOD would be a perfect opportunity.
Run 800m, Stretch and Mobilise
One partner runs 200m, whilst the other AMRAPs
- 4 Power Cleans @ 42.5kg/60kg
- 8 Over Bar Broad Jumps
- 12 Ab-mat Sit ups
