Warm up

Run 800m, Stretch and mobilise

WOD – in pairs complete the following chipper

  • 100 Kettlebell Swings @ 16kg/24kg
  • 200 Double unders (3-1)
  • 100 Press ups
  • 200 Double Unders
  • 100 Air Squats
  • 200 Double Unders
  • 100 Sit ups
  • 200 Double Unders
  • 50 Burpees

Only one person can work at any one time and the reps can be distributed any way.
