  • 10 Goblet Squats 16kg/24kg
  • 5 Kettlebell Push press 16kg/24kg

Rest 1 minute

5 minute AMRAP

  • 10 Kettlebell swings 16kg/24kg
  • 5 Ball Slams 7kg/9kg

Rest 1 minute

5 minute AMRAP

  • 5 Tyre hops
  • 3 Tyre flips
