Team WOD 23.07.2021

Warm Up:
Run 400m
Followed By:
1 x Hill Sprint
10 Air Squats
x 3

Wallball Re-Cap & Practice


20 Minute AMRAP of:
15 Wallballs @ 6/9kg
10 Burpees

One Person AMRAP’s, while the other completes:

= 1 x Hill Sprint

* Switch over, when your partner comes back from the Run. Always carry on the AMRAP, from where your partner is up to!

* Scale WEIGHT as needed
* Reduce Burpees to 5 Reps
* Scale the Hill Sprint to a 300m or 200m Run
