Workout of the Day

Team WOD 22.03.2018

**CHANGE TO THE SCHEDULE** For the next 1 week TEAM WOD will be programmed for a Thursday as oppose to a Friday. This is due to the CrossFit OPEN Workout being released on a Thursday evening meaning Friday will be your opportunity to hit the workout and this will be the programmed WOD, Fridays can also be used as OPEN GYM. Once the OPEN is over we will resume usual routine.

Warm Up:
Run 800m
Stretch & Mobilise

Team WOD:
30 Minute AMRAP of:
10 Calorie Row, Ski or Assault Bike
10 Burpees
25 Double Unders

One person AMRAPs while the other = Runs 800m

* Scale DISTANCE as needed
* Scale DU’s for 15 Reduced Reps or 75 Single Unders
