Warm up

Run 800m, Stretch and mobilise.

Thruster Tekkers, 3 x 10 with PVC pipe

WOD in a 20 minute window

  • Run 1000m

Then AMRAP:

  • 4 Thrusters @ 30kg/42.5kg
  • 8 Pull ups
  • 12 Sit ups
