In a 20 minute time cap complete the following between the pair:
- 100 Air Squats
- 100 Box Jumps @ 20″/24″
- Run 1 mile (intervals between the pair)
- 100 Sit ups
- 100 Burpees
In the remaining time AMRAP: DOUBLE UNDERS!!
Total score is the amount of Double Unders/ single unders divided by 3.
