  • 5 Goblet Squats @ 16kg/24kg
  • 5 KB Swings @ 16kg/24kg

rest 1 minute

4 minute AMRAP

  • 100m Row
  • 10 H/R Press ups

rest 1 minute

4 minute AMRAP

  • 5 Ball Slams
  • 10 Sit ups

rest 1 minute

4 minute AMRAP

  • 50m Sprint
  • 5 Air Squat Jumps

The partners will be distributed between the stations, enjoy your 1 minute rest as it will fly by 😉
