TEAM WOD-16-12-11

This WOD will be dependant on the weather/ Road surface 🙂

Warm up

Stretch and mobilise, choose partners randomly

20 partner over and unders each to get the blood flowing and to warm those cockles!!

WOD-20 min AMRAP

Buy in

Each team must complete 200 Double unders/600 single unders between them, then…

  • One partner runs 200m

The other partner performs the following AMRAP:

  • 20 Air Squats
  • 10 KB Swings @ 16kg/24kg

When the partner running returns then he/she will begin the AMRAP at its current number.
