20 partner over and unders each to get the blood flowing and to warm those cockles!!
WOD-20 min AMRAP
Each team must complete 200 Double unders/600 single unders between them, then…
- One partner runs 200m
The other partner performs the following AMRAP:
- 20 Air Squats
- 10 KB Swings @ 16kg/24kg
When the partner running returns then he/she will begin the AMRAP at its current number.
