Warm Up:
Run 800m

Followed By:
5 Burpees
10 Alternating Lunges
x 3

Dumbbell Tekkers

Kit Set-Up & Movement Practice

 

WOD:
20 Minute AMRAP of:
6 Single Arm Devils Press @ 15/22.5kg
12 Single Arm Overhead Lunges @ 15/22.5kg
(6 Reps Each Arm)

One Person AMRAP’s, while the other:

Runs 400m

* Switch over when the Runner gets back.

* Reduce DISTANCE to 300m or 200m
* Scale WEIGHT as needed
* Switch to a Plate Overhead Lunge, Goblet Lunge or regular Alternating Lunge
* Switch Devils Press to a regular Burpee
