Warm up

Run 800m, stretch and mobilise

WOD – in pairs of roughly the same ability carry out the following chipper with the reps distributed evenly, only one person works at a time.

  • 100 Hand release Press ups
  • 100 Air squats
  • 100 KB Push press
  • 100 Ball slams
  • 100 KB swings
  • 50 Broad jumps, (length of the tallest person out of the pair, sorry Chris 🙂
  • 50 Burpees
