Remember that I have the Tee’s, Hoodies and vests in for those who have ordered them. Ive also got some spare Tee’s and Hoodies, these will be for first come, first served. 🙂 I’ll be taking an order for the new Tee’s and Hoodies as worn by the coaches and the CrossFit Teesside competition team last weekend.

WOD in pairs complete

For time:

  • 100 H/R Press ups
  • 150 Wall Ball Shots 6/9kg
  • 200 Double Unders (3-1 singles)
  • 150 KB Swings 16/24kg
  • 100 Sit ups

*Only one person can work at any one time, every 2 minutes the person resting will complete 5 Burpees.*
