WOD 20 min AMRAP

In pairs of similar ability work through the following 20 Min AMRAP with only one person working at any one time.

  • 5 Broad Jumps
  • 10 Push Press @ 30kg/42.5kg (bar taken from the ground)
  • 15 Squat Jumps
