Warm Up:
5 Burpees
20 Star Jumps
10 Alternating Lunges
10 Sit Ups
x 3-5

WOD:
20 Minute AMRAP of:
4 Burpee Box Jumps @ 20/24”
8 Goblet Lunges @ 16/24kg
12 Sit Ups

One Person AMRAPs while the other:

= Runs 400m

* Switch with Partner when you return from the Run, carry on the AMRAP, from where they are up to!

* Scale DISTANCE to 300m or 200m if needed
* Scale HEIGHT & WEIGHT as needed
