Warm up

Run 800m, Stretch and mobilise.


20 minute AMRAP in pairs.

  • One person runs 200m with a 6kg/9kg Medicine ball

Whilst the other person AMRAPs

  • 10 Push Press @ 30kg/42.5kg
  • 10 Lateral Burpees
