WOD-in teams of 2 perform the following 20 min AMRAP

  • 15 Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift High pull @ 16kg/24kg
  • 10 Kettlebell Push Press @ 16kg/24kg
  • 5 Burpees

Finisher- Happy Birthday Steve Hollis 10.12.1965

For the time between the pair perform 10+12+19+65=106 Air Squats
