TEAM WOD 09.09.11

In teams of 2 drawn from the hat complete the following for the time:

  • Run 800m
  • 100 Ball slams
  • 100 Press ups
  • 400m Farmers walk
  • 100 Air Squats
  • 100 Ab-mat sit ups
  • 200m Broad jump 
  • 100 KB swings
  • 100 Static Lunges
  • 100m Tyre Flip

-The reps will be distributed evenly with only one person working at any time, you can do them as you choose. E.g in 5 sets of 20 or 10 sets of 10.

– Both team members will run the full 800m

-The farmers walk will be distributed with only one person carrying the weights at a time, the KBs used for the farmers walk will be the ones used for the swings.

-The broad jump will be distributed with only one member broad jumping at a time, same as the tyre flip 🙂
