Warm up

Run 800m, Stretch and mobilise.

Choose partners

TEAM WOD

In a 20 minute window complete the following:

  • 100 Air Squats
  • 100 facing clap Press ups 🙂

Then AMRAP:

  • 7 Hang Power Snatch @ 20kg/35kg
  • 7 Lateral Burpees
