Warm up

Row 500m, Stretch and mobilise

WOD-20 minute AMRAP in pairs

First the pair must establish 300 Double Unders between them (scale 3-1 singles,so 900 single unders)

Then in the remaining time one person runs 200m while the other does AMRAP Ball Slams, the total number of Ball slams achieved by the pair will be the teams overall score.
