Warm up

Run 800m, Stretch and mobilise.

WOD-in pairs

20 Minute rolling clock

 

  • Perform 4 x 400m Sprints (2 each)
  • 4 x 200m Sprints (2 each)

in the remaining time AMRAP:

  • 4 Burpees
  • 8 Sit ups
  • 12 Air Squats
