Warm up

Run 800m, Stretch and mobilise

Deadlift tekkers with PVC

Choose partners of similar ability as this will suit the WOD and equipment needed.

WOD-20 min AMRAP

  • one partner runs 200m
  • Whilst the other partner carries out the following AMRAP
  • 3 Lateral Burpees over the bar 
  • 5 Toes to bar (SUB knees to chest/belly, V-sits @ 2 for 1 (10) or Ab mat sit ups 3-1(15)
  • 10 Deadlifts @ 50kg/80kg

Score is total number of reps achieved.
