WOD-20 min AMRAP
- one partner runs 200m
- Whilst the other partner carries out the following AMRAP
- 3 Lateral Burpees over the bar
- 5 Toes to bar (SUB knees to chest/belly, V-sits @ 2 for 1 (10) or Ab mat sit ups 3-1(15)
- 10 Deadlifts @ 50kg/80kg
