TEAM WOD “05.10.12”

Please remember that the 7pm-8pm class is now for COMPETITION TEAM TRAINING; however you can still use the gym but it wont be a coached class and will be treat as “OPEN GYM”

 

Tomorrows TEAM WOD will be similar to the competition team training 😉

Warm up

Run 800m, Stretch and mobilise

WOD

In a 20 minute window complete the following in teams of 3 or 4.

  • Each person runs 400m.

Then between the team complete “ANGIE”

  • 100 Pull ups
  • 100 Press ups
  • 100 Sit ups
  • 100 Squats

Then in the remaining time AMRAP

  • Burpee – Box Jumps @ 20″/24″

Total number of Box jumps will be your over all score.
