TEAM WOD 04.05.12

Warm up

Row 500m or Run 800m, Stretch and Mobilise


In pairs for time:

One partner runs 400m whilst the other partner works through the following reps:

  • 150 Air Squat Jumps
  • 150 Kettlebell Swings
  • 150 Ab-mat Sit ups
  • 150 H/R Press ups

When the partner returns from the run they take over working at the point where the other partner got to.
