In pairs for time:
One partner runs 400m whilst the other partner works through the following reps:
- 150 Air Squat Jumps
- 150 Kettlebell Swings
- 150 Ab-mat Sit ups
- 150 H/R Press ups
When the partner returns from the run they take over working at the point where the other partner got to.
