TEAM WOD – “02.11.12”

Please remember that the box is only open today for the following classes, 7am,8am and 9am. This evening is closed as is Saturday morning due to the team being in Swansea for DWF.

Due to popular demand, as of Monday 12th November the morning class schedule will look like this: 7am-8am CrossFit Class, 8am-930am Open Gym, 9:30am – 10:30am CrossFit class. Hopefully this should help you guys who have to rush to the box in the mornings, we’ll trial this for a short while and then make it a permanent change 🙂

Warm up

Run 800m, Stretch and mobilise

WOD – in pairs

In a 20 minute Window perform:

  • 100 Box Jumps
  • 2 x 200m runs (1 each)
  • 100 KB Swings 16kg/24kg
  • 2 x 200m runs
  • 100 Bumper Plate Ground to overhead @ 10kg/20kg
  • 2 x 200m

In Remaining time AMRAP “CINDY”

  • 5 Pull ups
  • 10 Press ups
  • 15 Air Squats
