To celebrate the Queens Diamond jubilee we dedicate this WOD to her 🙂
“GOD SAVE THE QUEEN”
In even teams (max number 6) complete 2 Rounds of the following:
Work 1 minute per station for maximum reps
- Row for Calories
- Tyre Flips
- Ball Slams
- Deadlifts @ 45kg/70kg
- Static Lunges
Rest 1 minute between the 2 rounds
Its important each member counts their individual reps then at the end the team gets together and accumulates total reps performed for overall team score.
If theres any confusion this can be explained tomorrow.
For the guys competing in the team competition at Manchester try and co-ordinate it so your all at the box at the same time. This is an ideal WOD to get some team spirit forged 🙂
