Team WOD: (In Pairs)
For Time Of:
Row 2000m (change over every 200m)
Run 2000m (change over every 200m)
100 Plate Ground to Overhead @ 15/20kg


Competitor WOD: 7:00pm – 8:00pm.

In 20 Minutes:
5 Rep Max Overhead Squat (taken from the floor)

6 Minute AMRAP Of:
7 Deadlifts @ 90/125kg
10 Ring Dips
