Team WOD:
2 Rounds For Max Reps Of:
4 Minutes of Box Jumps @ 20/24″
4 Minutes of Calorie Row
4 Minutes of Double Unders
4 Minutes of Calorie Ski
4 Minutes of Burpees

For this WOD, athletes will switch back and forth, for 30 Seconds at a time. 30 Seconds On, 30 Seconds Off
