20 Alternating Box Step Ups @ 20/24” with a 16/24kg Kettlebell
10 Left Arm Bent Over Row @ 16/24kg
20 Alternating Box Step Ups @ 20/24” (no weight)
10 Right Arm Bent Over Row @ 16/24kg

* Scale HEIGHT & WEIGHT as needed

 

Home WOD Instructions:
