Open WOD 13.2 – “14/3/13

Here is the second WOD in the 2013 Crossfit Open! Today would be a good opportunity to come and smash this, if any of our dedicated judges are free to come and help out this would be greatly appreciated!

Remember this is also still an OPEN GYM day, ideal for catching up on any WOD’s you have missed, working your tekkers & mobility, or some active rest.

10 Minute AMRAP Of:
5 Shoulder to Overhead @ 34/52kg
10 Deadlift @ 34/52kg
15 Box Jumps @ 20/24″

55+ Masters weights and box heights = 25/43kg & 20” Box.
