Today is all OPEN GYM. Make the most of these sessions by catching up on any WOD’s that you have missed from previous classes. Hit some Strength Training or practice Gymnastics & Olympic Lifting Technique. Work on your weaknesses! Coaches will be on hand to offer their knowledge and experience

If its a well earned rest day for you, lots of stretching and mobilising will be a great idea!
