“Lest We Forget” 11.11.2014

Today we remember the members of our armed forces who have been killed in the line of duty. “Lest We Forget” is the traditional CrossFit WOD which we have took part in for the past 3 years alongside many others in the CrossFit Community. Let us proudly take part in this workout again in honour of these brave people.

Some of you may have done this workout in previous years, for some it will be your first time. It is a brutal workout which is exactly how it should be, make sure you give it that little bit extra!

Warm Up:
Row 1000m
Stretch & Mobilise

Hang Power Snatch Tekkers
Thruster Tekkers

“Lest We Forget”
18 Minute AMRAP Of:
11 Hang Power Snatches @ 25/35kg
11 Burpees
11 Thrusters @ 25/35kg
11 Pull Ups

After 11 Minutes, we will Rest for 1 Minute and then continue to finish the WOD.

* Scale WEIGHT as needed
* Scale Pull Ups with Band Assisted/Jumping Pull Ups
