Warm Up:
Run 800m
Stretch & Mobilise

Workout Area Set-Up & Movement Practice

WOD:
For Time of:
Run 1 Mile
then into:
100 Press Ups
200 Sit Ups
300 Squats
then into:
Run 1 Mile

* Break up the Press Ups, Sit Ups & Squats however you like. 20 Rounds of 5, 10 & 15 is very effective!
* But the Running must be completed as it’s written, 1 Mile at the start, and 1 Mile at the end!

* Wear a Weighted Vest for the Running if you wish.
* Scale DISTANCE as needed
* If can’t Run, Switch to:
– 150 Double Unders or 450 Single Unders
– 400m Bear Crawl
– 800m Object Carry

* Scale Press Ups to Knees if needed
* Reduce Reps if needed (50-100-150)
