Today’s Home WOD should be a very easy paced workout, after a tough week of training, if you feel like you need to take a full rest day then go for it, relax, do some stretching and mobilising, maybe get out for some fresh air for a walk. If you would still like to get some movement in (which could help you to loosen off if your a little sore and tight), take yourself through this EMOTM at a smooth pace, don’t go crazy on it!
On Monday we will back to full pelt, beginning a new week of gruesome Home WODs! The week has already been planned an we cant wait to share with you some WOD’s that we are really excited about, the theme will be Simple, but extremely effective!
Gentle Jog for 15-20 Minutes
or some light Cycling or Rowing if you have access to this kit
1st = 10 Alternating Reverse Lunges
2nd = 20 Seconds of Double Unders (rest remaining 40 seconds)
3rd = 5 Inch Worms (slow and steady)
x 10 (30 minutes total)
* Scale DU’s for Single Unders, if you can’t skip, switch to some Box Step Ups (unweighted), or perform some Star Jumps, or practice a technical Barbell Movement with a something similar to a PVC Pipe, like a broom handle (something like an overhead squat would be perfect)
