10 Russian Swings
10 Sit Ups
5 Burpees
x 3

For Time of:
Run 800m
100 Single Arm Russian Swings
(Switch every 5 or 10 Reps)
Run 800m
150 Sit Ups
Run 800m
100 Burpees
Run 800m

* Scale Reps by Half if needed
* Scale DISTANCE to 400m if needed

* Switch Run to:
– 400m Object Carry
– 200m Bear Crawls
– 40/50 Calories
– 100 Double Unders or 250 Single Unders
