Warm Up:
Run 200m
10 Press Ups
x 3
Stretch & Mobilise

Kit Set-Up & Movement Practice

Options for today’s WOD:
Handstand Push Ups (Un-Assisted or with Mats)
Pikes (Knees or Feet)
Press Ups
Push Press (Barbell @ 35/50kg, DB or KB, One Arm DB, KB or Weighted Pack)


5 Rounds for Time of:
10 Handstand Push Ups
Run 400m

* Scale DISTANCE as needed
* If can’t Run, switch to:
– 50 Double Unders or 100 Single Unders
– 100m Bear Crawl
– 200m Object Carry
