10 Alternating Lunges
5 Press Ups
20 Second Plank Hold
x 5

7 Rounds for Max Reps of:

40 Seconds of Alternating Jumping Lunges
20 Seconds Rest
40 Seconds of Hang Clean & Jerks
20 Seconds Rest
40 Seconds of Hollow or Plank Hold
20 Seconds Rest

* Scale Jumping to Regular Alternating Lunges

Options for HC&J:
– Barbell @ 40/60kg
– Double DB or KB
– Single Arm DB, KB or Weighted Pack
– Switch to Swings or Sumo-Deadlift High Pulls
– Switch to Bent Over Rows
– Switch to Press Ups, Pull Ups or Burpees
