Warm Up:
1 Minute of Inch Worms
1 Minute of Air Squats
1 Minute of Bear Crawling
1 Minute of Alternating Lunges

Practice Movement for WOD, choose from options below:
Kettlebell Swings
Alternating Dumbbell Hang Snatches
Plate Ground to Overhead
Sumo-Deadlift High Pull (with Barbell or modify to Back Pack)

“Death By”
1st Minute = Complete 1 Rep
2nd Minute = Complete 2 Reps
3rd Minute = Complete 3 Reps
… etc.

Keep going for as long as you can until you cannot complete the required number of Reps within that Minute!
Sets do not have to be unbroken, you just have to finish it before that minute is over, when the next minute begins, complete the next set!

20 Seconds of Double Unders
10 Seconds Rest
x 8
(4 Minutes)

Hold Plank for 30 Seconds
Hold Left Side Plank for 30 Seconds
Hold Right Side Plank for 30 Seconds
Perform Sit Ups for 30 Seconds
30 Seconds Rest
x 5
Russian Twists 3 x 20-30 Reps
(hold an object for this movement)

Running WOD:
Run Hard for 3 Minutes
Rest for 3 Minutes
x 4
(rest period is complete rest)
