Monday – Friday:

Warm Up:
10 Air Squats
5 Burpees
25 Single Unders or Mountain Climbers
x 5

15 Minute AMRAP of:
15 Weighted Squats
10 Devils Press
35 Double Unders

* Reduce DUs to 20 or Scale to 70 Single Unders if needed
* Switch DUs to 35 Mountain Climbers if needed

Options for Squats:
– Barbell Front, Back or Overhead (40/60kg)
– Double DB or KB
– Goblet DB, KB or Weighted Pack
– Jumping or Regular Air Squats

Options for Devils Press:
– Double DB or KB
– Single Arm Alternating DB or KB
– Burpee Barbell Power Snatch
– Burpee Ground to Overhead
– Burpees


Running WOD:
Long Run

* Run at a comfortable pace for at least 5 Minutes longer than your 10km time
