SESSION 1
Warm Up:
Burpees!
Stretch & Mobilise

Movement Practice

WOD:
“Death By”
Burpees!!!

1st Minute = 1 Rep
2nd Minute = 2 Reps
3rd Minute = 3 Reps
etc.

* keep going until you cannot complete the required number of Reps within the minute.

 

Accessories:
Bent Over Row 3 x 20 Reps
Reverse Fly 3 x 20 Reps
Biceps Curl 3 x 20 Reps

 

SESSION 2
Running WOD:
Run 800m
Rest 1 Minute
Run 1 Mile
Rest 1 Minute
Run 1.5 Miles

* Scale DISTANCE to 400m, 800m & 1 Mile if needed
* If can’t measure distance, then Run for 3 Minutes, 6 Minutes, and 9 Minutes with a 1 Minute Rest in between.
