200m Run
25 Burpee Box Jumps
* Scale HSPUs for Pikes or Press UPS
* If you can’t Run:
– 25 Double Unders or 75 Single Unders
– 50m Bear Crawl
– 100m Farmers or Odd Object Carry
* Switch BBJs to Burpee Broad Jumps or Burpee Vertical Jumps
* If you can’t Jump, Burpee Box Step Ups
