Warm Up:
Run 400m

For Time of:
Run 1.5 Miles
150 Burpees
Run 1.5 Miles

* If you wish to wear a Weighted Vest, Back Pack or Carry an object on the Run go for it!
* You can keep the Vest or Pack on for the Burpees, or take it off its up to you.

* Scale DISTANCE to 800m if needed
* Scale Reps to 75 Burpees if needed
* If you are unable to run, perform a 400m Bear Crawl instead
