Warm Up:
10 Alternating Lunges
5 Burpees
x 5

15 Minute AMRAP of:
10 Left Arm Overhead Lunges
10 Right Arm Overhead Lunges
15 Burpees

Options for Lunges
– Single Arm DB, KB or Pack Overhead Lunges
– Double DB, KB or Pack Overhead Lunges (20)
– Barbell or Plate Overhead Lunges
– Goblet Lunges
– Jumping or Regular Alternating Lunges


Running WOD:
Run 800m
Rest 1 Minute
x 5

* Scale DISTANCE as needed
* If you can’t measure Distance, Run for 4 Minutes, Rest for 1 Minute x 5
