Burpees
1st Minute = 1 Burpee
2nd Minute = 2 Burpees
3rd Minute = 3 Burpees

Keep going for 30 MINUTES!
* When you can no longer complete the require amount of Burpees within the minute, and have been beaten by the clock, Rest for the next Full Minute, then begin your next effort, all the way from 1 Burpee again!
