Remember everyone that we are holding a meeting over Zoom this weekend to talk you through our Nutrition Programme which we are running throughout Lock Down and potentially beyond then.

The week running up to this will be a chance to ask any questions about your individual plan that you may have, any put some meals together including the foods you like to eat!
For those not familiar with Weighing and Measuring your food, it will be a chance to play around and get some practice in. If you do not own some digital food scales, it will also give you plenty of time to get hold of some before your programme begins!

For Time of:
100 Air Squats
100 Sit Ups
* Scale DISTANCE to 400m if needed
* Scale Reps to 1/2 if needed
* Switch Run to:
– 100 Double Unders or 250 Single Unders if needed
– 200m Bear Crawl
– 400m Farmers or Object Carry
