Warm Up:
Run 800m
Stretch & Mobilise

Kit Set-Up & Movement Practice

WOD:
3 Rounds for Time of:
Run 400m
20 Kettlebell Swings
20 Alternating Jumping Lunges

* Can do Barbell or Dumbbell Hang Snatches, or Weighted Pack Sumo-Deadlift High Pulls instead of Swings

* Scale Jumping Lunges to regular Lunges if needed

* Scale DISTANCE as needed
* If can’t Run, switch to:
– 50 Double Unders or 100 Single Unders
– 100m Bear Crawl
– 200m Object Carry
