Warm Up:
25 Single Unders
10 Glute Bridges
10 Hollow Rocks or Sit Ups

10 Rounds of:

30 Seconds of Double Unders
30 Seconds Rest
30 Seconds of Glute Bridges
30 Seconds Rest
30 Seconds of Hollow Rocks
30 Seconds Rest

* Switch Double Unders to Single Unders if needed

* Glute Bridges can be with both feet down or Single Leg Glute Bridges where you switch after every 5 Reps!

* Scale Hollow Rocks to a Hollow Hold or a Plank Hold
