Warm Up:
30 Seconds Jog on Spot
30 Seconds Star Jumps
30 Seconds of Shoulder Taps
30 Seconds of Burpees
Stretch & Mobilise

Kit Set Up & Movement Practice

Options for WOD:
Barbell Push Press (30/42.5kg)
Double Dumbbell or Kettlebell Push Press (One Each Hand)
Single Arm Push Press with Dumbbell, Kettlebell or Weighted Pack
(8 Reps on Each Arm)

WOD:
12 Minute AMRAP of:
10 Box Jumps
8 Push Press
6 Press Ups

* If can’t Jump, perform 10 Alternating Step Ups
* If don’t have a Box, can perform Broad Jumps or Vertical Jumps
* Scale Press Ups to Knees if needed
